Senior Manager / Director, Marketing

Job Description:

ZappRx is looking for someone to join the growing marketing group within the Growth team.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Operations, this person will have a proven track record of achieving positive market growth in the health technology space. This role will advance the development and execution of the marketing strategy across healthcare providers and biopharma, including go to market planning, collateral development, as well as partnering to build out the customer experience.  We value individuals who are excellent teammates, love to work hard, and are excited about the challenge and opportunity of an accelerated growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for marketing-driven growth across multiple channels and treatment areas
  • Work effectively across sales, customer success, and product to achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to build out customer experience, including training, ongoing education, reporting, and adherence strategy
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Oversee all marketing tactics and operations involved in the strategic marketing plan for growth channels
  • Support external corporate communications and assist with critical internal employee communications, as required

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in the biopharma or health technology space with an emphasis on B2B marketing strategy and content generation. 
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing PR agency relationships
  • Extensive experience with SEO/SEM, email, paid and earned social, mobile, and event marketing
  • Analytically driven, at least some experience partnering with sales teams to build out top-of-funnel and support the sales process
  • Knowledge of PR processes and strong editing skills
  • Expertise with a wide range of marketing technologies, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess high-energy, team-first positive attitude and be motivated to work in a fast-paced, small company environment 

Additional Requirements

  • Highly desirable to have subject matter expertise in specialty medications from the standpoint of various market stakeholders, most importantly biopharmaceutical companies (including Marketing, Access/Pricing, HEOR, Brand Management and Commercial Operations), as well as specialty pharmacies, health plans/PBMs, providers and consumers/patients
  • Experience in biopharma marketing leveraging both clinical and administrative data required, and exposure to or awareness of Prior Authorization, Risk Evaluation and Mitigations Strategies, Benefits Investigation and Verification, and communication between stakeholders’ processes preferred
  • This position requires limited domestic travel to customer and non-customer sites
